Thomas Fischetti

Thomas Fischetti has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Thomas has held various executive positions in different organizations.

Starting in 1983, Fischetti worked at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp as a Supervisor for User Systems Acceptance Testing. During their time there, they supervised a team of eight and played a crucial role in the successful implementation of the PMI system, which processed over $1 billion in mortgage PCs annually.

In 1995, Fischetti joined the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology as the Director of Finance and Administration. Thomas was later promoted to Executive Director, where they had full responsibility for the operations of this large organization.

From 2004 to 2005, Fischetti worked at the National Treasury Employees Union as an Administrative Controller.

In 2005, Fischetti founded their own accounting practice, Thomas D. Fischetti, CPA, specializing in not-for-profit organization management, operations consulting, and tax planning. Thomas served clients of various sizes, ranging up to $15 million in revenue.

Joining the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions in 2005, Fischetti worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Expositions, overseeing financial operations globally and providing senior operational oversight for a top-40 trade show.

In 2013, Fischetti joined the Cruise Lines International Association as the Chief Financial Officer. Based in Washington DC, they were responsible for financial, contracting, and operations for CLIA and its national and regional associations.

Finally, in 2018, Fischetti took up the role of Chief Financial Officer at the American Association for Justice.
