Kaitlyn Ludlow-Broback, M.A., serves as the Assistant Director of Partnerships at the American Association of Colleges and Universities, where responsibilities include managing projects in the Office of the President and co-managing sponsorship and development programs. In addition to this role, Kaitlyn is the Community Engagement Manager at Beloved Arise, focusing on uplifting LGBTQ+ youth. Previous positions include project management and administrative roles within higher education institutions, such as Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and Macalester College, where Kaitlyn specialized in project management, fundraising, and event planning. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development: Higher Education from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Studies from the College of Saint Benedict.
