Kathryn Enke is a seasoned professional in leadership development and strategic planning, currently serving as the Senior Advisor for Leadership, Strategy, and Governance at the American Association of Colleges and Universities since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kathryn held key positions such as Chief of Staff and Lead Title IX Coordinator at the College of Saint Benedict, where responsibilities included overseeing presidential initiatives and Title IX compliance. Kathryn's earlier experience includes roles at the University of Minnesota as Special Assistant to the Chair in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development, and as an Editorial Assistant for Feminist Formations. Kathryn holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Educational Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota, as well as a B.A. in History and Mathematics from the College of Saint Benedict.
