Dr. Kevin A. Christian

Dr. Kevin A. Christian has a work experience that spans several organizations and roles. Dr. Kevin A. began their career in 1992 at Southeastern University in Washington, D.C. Here, they served as an Adjunct Associate Professor and also took on the role of Director of Cooperative Education. In 1994, they moved to the College of Southern Maryland where they worked as the Manager of Academic and Career Services. Finally, in 2005, they joined the American Association of Community Colleges as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity.

Dr. Kevin A. Christian completed their education history with a Doctor of Arts degree in Community College Education from George Mason University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR Administration from Southeastern University (Washington, D.C.) in 1999. Dr. Christian's undergraduate studies were completed at Hampton University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies in 1985.
