Quiana Clark-Roland is the Executive Director at American Association of Community Theatre. Quiana has dedicated their career to supporting the arts and has a wide range of experience in the field.

Quiana started their career as an intern at the Lexington Children's Theater and the Singletary Center for the Arts at the University of Kentucky. Quiana then went on to work as an administrative assistant at the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance before becoming a program manager at the Southeastern Theatre Conference. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the American Association of Community Theatre and supporting its members across the country.

Quiana is a strong advocate for the arts and believes that they play an important role in building strong communities. Quiana is passionate about their work and committed to supporting community theatre groups across the United States.

Quiana Clark-Roland is currently pursuing a Masters in Arts Administration at Drexel University. Quiana holds a BFA in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky, where they also minored in Theater.
