Brennan Dougherty

Brennan Dougherty is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director at Southwest Forensic Nursing & Healthcare since July 2025. Prior to this role, Brennan held several positions at Evoke Therapy Programs, including Field Director, where responsibilities included overseeing risk management for field operations and managing the Field Department with two assistant directors and various guides. Additional roles at Evoke include Lead Recruiter and Assistant Field Director, focusing on staff supervision, training, and emergency response coordination. Earlier experience includes a Furniture Repair Technician position at Blvd Home Furnishings, as well as roles in wilderness therapy and custom furniture building. Brennan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Delaware Valley University and has completed various community service projects as a member of AmeriCorps NCCC.
