Kayla McKay

Kayla McKay is a Member Engagement Coordinator at the American Association of Insurance Services since May 2023, having previously held the role of Member Engagement Intern. In this position, Kayla manages data auditing policies within HubSpot, overseeing over 500 data points weekly and developing effective solutions, while also sourcing relevant insurance articles for social media. Prior experience includes serving as a Meal Prep Organizer at Johns Italian Deli, where Kayla coordinated a team to efficiently produce meals, and a Sustainability Intern at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, leading efforts to promote sustainability among students. Additionally, as a Junior Marketing Coordinator at Ently, Inc., Kayla successfully researched clients to reduce acquisition costs and enhanced social media engagement. Kayla is currently pursuing a degree at Towson University, having graduated from Mount de Sales Academy for Girls in 2021.
