Madeline Lorch

Madeline Lorch started their career as a Retail Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. from May 2017 to August 2019. In December 2020, they became the VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. and held the position until September 2022. From September 2021 to September 2022, they served as the Programming Committee Chair at Diversity Program Council. Madeline worked at AAIS (American Association of Insurance Services) as a Marketing and Communications Intern from May 2020 to May 2022, and later became a Marketing Project Coordinator starting in May 2022. Currently, they are working as an Events Coordinator at First Due, starting in October 2022. In this role, they are responsible for contract negotiation and management for trade shows, creating engagement opportunities, attaining sponsorships, and producing ancillary events to capture lead generation.

Madeline Lorch obtained a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication from Butler University, attending from 2018 to 2022.
