Paul Schwartz

Paul Schwartz has extensive experience in the dental and oral surgery field. Paul is currently serving as President of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Prior to these roles, they held positions such as Vice President and Treasurer in the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Paul has also worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Additionally, they have a long history of surgical experience, having worked as a Surgeon at Southern Maryland OMS. Paul has served on various committees and boards, including being a District II Trustee for the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and Past-President of MSOMS.

Paul Schwartz attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine from 1978 to 1982, where they earned their DMD degree in Dental Medicine. Following that, they pursued their education at the U of Pittsburgh Medical Center from 1982 to 1984, specializing in Anesthesiology/Critical Care Medicine.
