Ali Maher

Ali Maher has gained work experience in various industries and roles. Ali started their career as a summer trainee at The Egyptian Natural Gas Company (GASCO) in 2016. Ali then worked as a field trainee at General Petroleum Company (GPC) for a short period in 2018. Additionally, they completed multiple internships in 2018, including placements at bp, Apache Corporation, Amal Petroleum Company (AMAPETCO), and Agiba Petroleum Co. In the same year, Ali also served as the Technical Head at the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG). Ali continued to expand their knowledge and skills in the field of petroleum geology as a Petroleum Geologist at SEG from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are part of the Al Amal Program at EGS, where they started in 2019. Throughout their work experience, Ali has shown an interest and dedication to the petroleum industry.

Ali Maher completed their Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Geoscience from Cairo University in the years 2015 to 2019. Ali then pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Geophysics and Seismology from Cairo University from 2020 to 2021.
