Richard Wellons is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in grants management and international program administration. Since January 2013, Richard has served as the Program Manager at the American Association of State Colleges and Universities, leading initiatives such as editing GrantWeek and facilitating the Community and Economic Development Task Force. Prior roles include Senior Program Associate at World Learning, where Richard managed USAID-funded academic and job training programs both domestically and internationally, as well as positions involving logistics and budget management. Richard began a career at Amazon.com, training and supervising staff in warehousing operations. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
