Casey Soneira

Casey Soneira is an experienced program manager currently serving at the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) since July 2018. Prior to this role, Casey held the position of LAP Assistant Program Manager at AASHTO re:source, starting in October 2007, and served in various capacities at the AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory from February 2012 to June 2017, including LAP Assistant Program Manager and Quality Analyst. Casey's early career at AASHTO from 2007 to 2012 included responsibilities as a Laboratory Assessor. Casey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Maryland, completing studies in 2007.
