Mara Campbell serves as the Director of Customer Relations at the Missouri Department of Transportation, a position held since June 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing communication and organizational performance efforts. Concurrently, Mara is the Chair of the ABC30 Performance Management Committee at the Transportation Research Board of the National Academies and a member of the AASHTO Standing Committee on Performance Management, both roles focusing on enhancing performance measurement within transportation sectors.
