Mara Campbell serves as the Director of Customer Relations at the Missouri Department of Transportation, a position held since June 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing communication and organizational performance efforts. Concurrently, Mara is the Chair of the ABC30 Performance Management Committee at the Transportation Research Board of the National Academies and a member of the AASHTO Standing Committee on Performance Management, both roles focusing on enhancing performance measurement within transportation sectors. Additionally, Mara contributes to an international team within the World Road Association, promoting effective performance management for road and transport agencies globally. Previously, Mara directed public relations and marketing at Capital Region Medical Center, leading a large team to strategize market share improvements.
