Suzelle Tinnell

As Director of Enterprise Planning and Alignment, Suzelle Tinnell is responsible for developing and managing the bank’s enterprise strategy, based on business objectives and long-term goals. Previously, Suzelle managed the bank's newly-organized Project Management Office and served as chief deposit services officer. Prior to American Bank, served as vice president for IT business and project management at Starbucks Coffee Company in Seattle and had a 12-year career in banking with Puget Sound National Bank and worked as a commercial lending officer for US Bank in Washington state.

Before starting her career in the Pacific Northwest, Suzelle attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
