Alda Shehu

Alda Shehu is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Head of Retail Products and Segments Division at American Bank of Investments since October 2015. With a background in leadership roles across various segments including PI and Premier Segments and VIP Service and Private Banking, Alda previously worked at ProCredit Bank from January 2010 to March 2015 as the Head of Green Finance, where responsibilities included coordinating environmental management and strategy development for green loans. Additional experience encompasses leading departments focused on small and medium enterprises and public institutions, along with a strong foundation in client management and financial advisory roles at Raiffeisen Bank Albania. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Finance and Banking from the University of Tirana and training at ProCredit Academy.
