Kevin Wack

Kevin Wack is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in financial and political reporting. Currently serving as National Editor and previously as Consumer Finance Reporter at American Banker since September 2012, Wack has focused on pivotal financial issues. Prior roles include Capitol Hill Reporter at American Banker from June 2011 to September 2012, and Senior Editor/Policy Analyst at the Congressional Oversight Panel from August 2009 to August 2011. As a Congressional Fellow, Wack gained hands-on experience with the legislative process while addressing global financial crisis issues. Wack began the career as a reporter for the Portland Press Herald and The Associated Press, solidifying a strong investigative background. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Stanford University.
