Ed Wisdom III

Ed Wisdom III, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to data infrastructure, business intelligence, information technology, and program management. Ed is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Data Infrastructure and Business Intelligence at Meharry Medical College. Prior to this, Ed worked at American Baptist College as a Principal Investigator/Program Manager for the NTIA CMC Grant and also held the position of Senior Information Technology Advisor. Ed has also worked at Vanderbilt University in multiple roles including Senior Director of Development & Operations, Director of Application Development & Integrations and Business Intelligence, and Director of VUIT Cloud Services. Ed's experience at Vanderbilt University also includes roles such as Senior Program Manager of Database Administration and Associate Director of Open Systems Applications and Cloud Services. Ed has previously worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as the Senior Program Manager of Application Development in Management Information Systems.

Ed Wisdom III, M.B.A. obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Tennessee State University from 1993 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Tennessee State University from 1987 to 1991. In 2019, they also obtained certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
