Joshua Eaton has a range of work experience in marketing and business development roles. Joshua began their career as a Marketing Analyst Extern at Shoots Restaurant, where they conducted market research surveys and analyzed data to improve advertising campaigns. Joshua then worked as a Marketing Intern at Ability Station, where they developed a scalable business plan to increase sales and traffic for an online retailer. At Brigham Young University, SAS, they served as a Student Manager/Administrative Assistant, streamlining work procedures and reducing costs. Joshua also worked as a Marketing & Social Media Strategist at Shirley Dentistry, overseeing the rebranding efforts of the dental practice. Most recently, they have held various roles at the American Bar Association, including Marketing Assistant, Membership & Marketing Associate, Marketing Specialist, and Associate Director of Marketing and Business Development. In these roles, Joshua managed marketing teams, developed marketing plans, executed recruitment campaigns, and implemented agile marketing techniques. Joshua also served as the Interim Director of Product Growth and Marketing.

Joshua Eaton obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Brigham Young University in 2010. Joshua is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
