Vice-chair International Energy And Natural Resources Committee at American Bar Association

Saul Feilbogen serves as the Vice-Chair of the International Energy and Natural Resources Committee and as the Division Chair of Legal Practice at the American Bar Association, with experience since 2013. In addition, Saul has been a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation since July 2017 and has held the position of Socio at Vitale, Manoff & Feilbogen since January 1986, specializing in Corporate and Finance with a focus on mining, energy, and infrastructure. Previously, Saul was a Partner and Co-Chair of the M&A and Joint Venture Committee at the American Bar Association's Section of International Law from August 2010 to August 2012. Saul holds a Master of Science degree in International Banking and Finance, with expertise in Corporate Finance, M&A Financing, and Project Finance, from Heriot-Watt University.
