Kathryn Caspar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, product marketing, and management across multiple industries, including lighting, construction, and consumer products. Currently serving as General Manager of US AcrylX at American Bath Group, Kathryn previously held leadership roles at JELD-WEN, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing operations in North America and managing product categories. Additionally, Kathryn served as VP of Product Marketing at Cree Lighting and held strategic positions at Synapse Wireless, Eaton's Cooper Lighting, and Cooper Tools, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving growth, implementing process improvements, and achieving significant cost savings. Kathryn holds an MBA and a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University.
