Laetitia Lelaidier

Laetitia LELAIDIER has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Laetitia began their career in 1999 as a RESPONSABLE RESSOURCES HUMAINES / CALL CENTER MANAGER at CELTEL GABON. From 2001 to 2008, they worked as a Gestionnaire export / ADV / ANGLAIS - ESPAGNOL for various companies. In 2007, they became a Conseillère à l'emploi at POLE EMPLOI / Saint Laurent du Maroni, and in 2008, they transitioned to the role of Conseillère à l'emploi at POLE EMPLOI / Auray. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Formatrice / Conseillère à l'emploi at AMISEP. Laetitia'snext position was as the Responsable des Ressources Humaines at ELECTRO STANDARD from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are serving as the Deputy HR Director / DRH Adjointe at the American Battle Monuments Commission, starting in 2015.

Laetitia Lelaidier's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Cours Morin - Paris. During this time, they pursued a BTS degree in Assistant de Direction Trilingue, specializing in Assistat Export. Following this, they enrolled at UBS Vannes from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Licence Professionnelle in Gestion des Ressources Humaines (Human Resource Management) with a focus on Gestion des Ressources Humaines et Services. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, Laetitia attended IGC Rennes, completing a Master's degree in Management des Ressources Humaines (Human Resource Management).
