Vincent Joris possesses extensive experience in administrative and public relations roles, currently serving as a Cemetery Associate at the American Battle Monuments Commission since May 2000, where responsibilities include managing procurement, supplier relationships, and public relations with local authorities. Prior to this, Vincent worked at ONP from August 1997 to April 2000 as an Attributeur pensions internationales, assessing the careers of foreign workers in Belgium. American Battle Monuments Commission

ABMC is an agency of the government of the United States of America and administers, operates and maintains 26 permanent American military cemeteries and 30 federal memorial, monuments and markers located in 17 foreign countries, the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the British Dependency of Gibraltar. Three of the memorials are located within the United States. These cemeteries and memorials, most of which commemorate the service and sacrifice of Americans who served in World War I and World II, are among the most beautiful and meticulously maintained shrines in the world.
