Roberta Elias

Roberta Elias has extensive work experience in advocacy and policy roles. Roberta is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Advocacy and Initiatives at American Beverage since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at World Wildlife Fund where they held the position of Director of Policy and Government Affairs from October 2008 to January 2022. Before joining World Wildlife Fund, Roberta worked as a Senior Oceans Advocate at NRDC from March 2004 to October 2008. Roberta began their career as a Policy and Budget Specialist at NOAA in February 2002, where they worked until March 2004.

Roberta Elias attended Trumbull High School, although the exact dates of their enrollment remain unknown. Roberta then pursued their undergraduate studies at Binghamton University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies. Following their undergraduate studies, Roberta attended Yale University from 1999 to 2001 and earned a Master of Environmental Management degree with a specialization in Conservation Policy.
