Charles Lambert has an extensive work experience history in various leadership roles. Charles served as the Director of Ministry Partnerships at the American Bible Society from 2009 onwards. Prior to that, they were the President and Founder of the Pacific Foundation from 1998 to 2010. Charles also worked as the Senior Vice President of Ministry Partnerships at SAT-7 USA from 2008 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they served as the Senior Field Representative at the Church of God World Missions from 2003 to 2008. Furthermore, they held the position of Senior Pastor at The Church at Tustin Ranch from 1992 to 2002.

Charles Lambert attended Lee University from 1981 to 1983 where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies. Charles then enrolled at Boston University from 1984 to 1986, earning a degree in Education with a focus on Counseling. Additionally, during the same period, they obtained a Masters of Education degree in Counseling from Boston University.
