Debbie Garcia-Gratacos

Debbie Garcia-Gratacos, Esq. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, business, and board leadership. As the Owner and President of DEVAL LLC since June 2002, Debbie leads a certified consulting firm specializing in government contracts. In addition to this role, Debbie serves on the Board of Directors for the American Bible Society and as a member of the Commonwealth of Virginia Housing Minority Business Advisory Council with Virginia Housing. Debbie is also a board member of Truist and previously served as President of Your Home Now Mortgage. Debbie's dedication to community service is reflected in various advisory roles, including positions with BB&T, the New America Alliance, and the National Society of Hispanic MBA's. Academically, Debbie holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law and a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Real Estate and Finance.
