Rachael Noble

Rachael Noble has extensive experience in certification services, currently serving as OLA Developer and Certification Manager at the American Board of Radiology since January 2012. In these roles, Rachael focuses on providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with candidates and program staff. Previous positions at the American Board of Radiology include Certification Advisor and Certification Coordinator, where Rachael coordinated various processes related to resident training and exam management. Prior to this, Rachael worked in customer service roles at Jeff's Pub, Pizza Hut, and Blockbuster, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Rachael holds a High School Diploma from Tucson Accelerated High School and has completed coursework at Pima Community College.
