Nia Casterlow

Nia Casterlow is an experienced professional in the medical examination field, currently serving as an Exam Proctor at the American Board of Surgery since October 2020. In this role, Nia supervises doctors during oral exams, explains exam instructions, manages Zoom meeting controls, records meetings, conducts security and technical checks, and assists with any technical difficulties. Prior to this, Nia worked as a Standardized Patient at ECFMG from September 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included providing constructive feedback to medical students, simulating clinical scenarios consistently, and completing checklists while memorizing key information and scripted lines.
