Stefanie Jackson

Stefanie Jackson currently serves as the General Manager at Main Event since July 2022 and has been a Certified Servsafe Exam Instructor and Registered Proctor for the National Restaurant Association since July 2016, focusing on food safety training and exam administration. Previous positions include General Manager at Chili's from October 2020 to February 2022 and General Manager at Blue Dog Cafe Lake Charles from October 2017 to February 2019, in addition to serving as the Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings for a brief period in 2020, which was influenced by relocation due to Hurricane Laura.
