Jeremiah Hoy is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in food management and culinary leadership. Serving as a Servsafe Certified Instructor and Registered Proctor from May 2015 to February 2019, Jeremiah developed expertise in food safety education. Previous roles include Executive Sous Chef and Stand In Executive Chef at Hilton Hotels Corporation (2008-2012), as well as Executive Chef positions at Copra Restaurant (2007-2008) and Embassy Suites BWI (2006-2007). Jeremiah also held an Executive Sous Chef role at DoubleTree by Hilton (2003-2006) and progressed from Lead Line/Sous Chef at Rodes Fireside (2000-2003). Currently, Jeremiah is the General Manager at American Bread Company since November 2021, and earlier served as the Director of Food and Beverage/Executive Chef at Kingswood F/B LLC (February 2018 - August 2021). Additionally, Jeremiah was the Regional Executive Chef at Ron Jaworski Golf (April 2012 - October 2017), overseeing culinary operations at Valleybrook and Ramblewood Country Clubs.
