Evan Waterloo

Evan Waterloo, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in design and estimation. Currently serving as both Estimating Supervisor and Design Supervisor at American Buildings since November 2020, Evan has previously held the position of Design Engineer at Nucor Building Systems from May 2016 to October 2020. Early career experiences include a role as a Structural Engineering Intern at MWH Global in 2015, where skills in reading CAD drawings and conducting take-off analysis were developed. Evan's foundational work experience began during undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University, which included customer service roles and leadership positions at the YMCA and Camp Cayuga. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained in 2016.
