Casey Rydin

Casey Rydin has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Vice President of Transactions for On-Campus Development at American Campus Communities since October 2012, after progressing from Director and Senior Analyst in the same company. Prior roles include Senior/Associate in Real Estate Advisory at Ernst & Young and Contract Underwriting Analyst at NorthMarq. Rydin also gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Lake Investment Group and as a Leasing Agent at The Dovetail Companies. Educationally, Rydin holds both a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, both from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
