Andriy Chybisov

Andriy Chybisov is an experienced Program Manager with a focus on global patient support at the American Cancer Society since June 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Intern at the American Cancer Society's Global Cancer Control Department and holding various roles at the Peace Corps from 2005 to 2015, including HIV/AIDS Program Manager and PEPFAR Coordinator. Notable achievements include redesigning the HIV/AIDS program in Ukraine to better serve disadvantaged populations and developing a successful Emergency Action Plan. Andriy holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health from Brown University, a Master of Arts in History from Central European University, and a Specialist degree in History from South Ukraine State Pedagogical University, along with an academic exchange experience at Butler University in International Relations and Affairs.
