Carly Schmiedeskamp

Carly Schmiedeskamp currently serves as the Associate Director of Development at the American Cancer Society, leading the Chicago Community Events team to combat cancer. Previously, Carly held the position of Senior Development Manager, managing key fundraising events such as Walk & Roll Chicago and fostering community partnerships. Prior to joining the American Cancer Society, Carly was the Operations Director and Operations Manager at BEC Tutoring, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experience, employee management, and streamlining processes across multiple office locations. Carly began the career as an Administrative Assistant at The Learning Center, supporting students with scheduling and information. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a program completed at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
