Emily Sandman

Emily Sandman currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People Strategy & Experience at the American Cancer Society, where responsibilities include providing data-driven talent insights and developing long-term talent strategies. Prior to this role, Emily held various leadership positions at Qurate Retail Group, including Vice President of Talent Experience & Insights, where Emily designed global talent capabilities and strategies for multiple brands. Additional roles at QVC involved strategic business partnerships in human resources, focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent development. Emily began their career in retail at Origins. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
