Randall Riley

Randall Riley has extensive experience in various roles focused on sales, service, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Quality Analyst and Performance Support Specialist at the American Cancer Society since September 1999, Randall monitors performance data trends in a remote inbound call center, supports training programs, and provides coaching and technical assistance related to quality monitoring software. Additionally, Randall has worked as a Cancer Information Specialist, providing critical resources to individuals seeking cancer-related information. In parallel, Randall owns and operates The Swing Shift, an independent editing and production company specializing in audio and video work. Prior roles include sales positions at Sheshunoff Information Services, Education Services, Inc., and Intercraft Industries, where sales accomplishments consistently showcased a strong track record.
