Shaylen Foley, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Data and Evaluation Manager for HPV Vaccination at the American Cancer Society, where leadership in evaluation for a multicomponent HPV vaccination project in Texas is emphasized, alongside the exploration of strategies to engage health insurance plans for increased adolescent vaccination uptake. Prior experience includes working as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist at Palladium, focusing on data collection and analysis for health programs, and serving as a Levi Strauss Fellow at Yale Global Health Justice Partnership, where research on prostitution and human trafficking courts was coordinated. Shaylen has also contributed to academic settings as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Yale University and conducted qualitative research as a Downs Fellow. Early roles involved teaching English through the Fulbright Program and managing community health initiatives at Mary's Center for Maternal and Child Care. Shaylen holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Yale School of Public Health and a BA in Anthropology and Fine Arts from The George Washington University.
