Wendy Johnson

Wendy Johnson currently serves as the Vice President for Florida at the American Cancer Society, holding various roles since May 2012, including Senior Executive Director and Executive Director. In this capacity, Wendy collaborates with an executive-level volunteer board to drive revenue growth, enhance community engagement, and support the organization's mission to combat cancer. Prior to this, Wendy led the North Florida territory's execution of the Relay For Life strategy as Senior Director, where accountability included multi-million dollar income targets and advocacy efforts. Wendy's previous experience at Saks Fifth Avenue from June 1998 to May 2012 encompassed roles such as HR Director for Talent Development, where strategic plans for sales and client relations were created, and Sales Manager, focusing on fostering a high-performance culture and top talent retention.
