Kevin Lim

Kevin Lim, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in multifamily investments and fixed income analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Multifamily Investments at American Capital Group since 2021, Kevin previously held positions in investments and debt financing at a Charter School from 2018 to 2021, focusing on tax-exempt debt. Earlier roles include Analyst in high yield fixed income from 2015 to 2018 and Associate in fixed income and structured credit from 2010 to 2015. Kevin earned a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Western Washington University, where participation as a NCAA Collegiate Athlete on the Men's Golf Team complemented academic pursuits.
