Lionel Ferguson

Lionel Ferguson has a strong work background in the financial industry, with experience spanning over several decades. Lionel started their career at GE in 1983, where they worked as a Manager until 1988. Following this, they joined GE Capital as a Managing Director and held this position for 12 years, until 2000. Lionel then moved to Lehman Brothers, where they served as a Senior Vice President for three years. In 2003, they joined American Capital in the same role of Senior Vice President.

Lionel Ferguson began their education at Groton School, where they obtained a diploma in an unspecified field of study from 1972 to 1976. Lionel then went on to attend Hamilton College from 1976 to 1980, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychobiology and History. Continuing their academic journey, Lionel pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1980 to 1983.
