Brook Utesch

Brook Utesch joined ACT as Customer Service Manager in May of 2011. Prior to ACT, Brook spent 13 years at Ruan Transportation on the Johnson Controls Battery account with varying positions of responsibility working with both the 3PL and dedicated asset side of the transportation industry. Roles and responsibilities included Terminal Operations, Backhaul Management, Logistics Specialist, International Logistics, Intermodal, Logistics Manager, and Supply Chain Analyst. These positions have moved Brook around the country from Monroe, WI, to Des Moines, IA, and Milwaukee, WI. Brook now calls Independence, MO his home. Originally from northwest Iowa in the town of Le Mars, IA, Brook grew up on the family farm where he learned his dedicated work ethic. His family raised crops including corn, soybeans, and alfalfa as well livestock such as cattle and swine. Brook received both a BBA in Marketing and a BS in Transportation and Logistics from Iowa State University.
