Phil L. Wilt

Phil started with ACT in May 2006. He has served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources/Safety and later as Chief Operating Officer. He added President to his title in August 2016. He has 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing and human resources, working in positions of Director of Human Resources, Director Employee Development, Sales Manager and Brand Manager. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Phil serves on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Trucking Association. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics and Education from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
