Jason Chambers

Jason Chambers has extensive experience in client services, currently serving as a Client Services Quality Specialist and previously as an Intermediary Client Services Specialist at American Century Investments since September 2019. In these roles, Jason has maintained product knowledge to provide superior customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Earlier experience includes working as an Investment Representative, where Jason focused on maintaining client relationships and effectively communicating financial concepts. Prior to this, Jason interned with the Kansas City T-Bones Baseball Club, contributing to on-field promotions and event organization while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for fans. Jason holds a degree in Sports Administration from Baker University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Coffeyville Community College.
