Jill Pfuetze Schmidt

Jill Pfuetze Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and library operations. Currently serving as a Client Services Representative at American Century Investments since June 2018, Jill has previously held various roles, including Associate and Customer Services Associate & Book Group Coordinator at Kansas City Public Library from May 2012 to March 2022. Jill has also worked as an Assistant Librarian at Graceland University from August 2014 to January 2018, a Document Delivery Specialist at Graceland University from May 2011 to April 2012, and a Special Projects Coordinator at Mid-America Library Alliance from July 2010 to June 2011. Earlier experience includes a role as a Reference Associate at Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library from 1999 to 2006. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Washburn University and has also attended Wesleyan University.
