Linessa Frazier

Linessa Frazier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, instructional technology, and training. Currently serving as a Talent Management and Development Consultant at American Century Investments since January 2022, Linessa has a diverse background that includes roles as an Instructional Technologist and ELA Teacher at Auburn-Washburn USD 437, and Customer Experience Manager at AIB International, Inc. Previous experience includes positions as Training Manager and Training Coordinator for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, as well as Senior Training Instructor at American Century Investments. Linessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Fisk University, a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Fort Hays State University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Organizational Change at Baylor University.
