Otis Cowan

Otis Cowan has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Vice President at American Century Investments since October 1998. Prior to this role, Otis worked as an attorney at Husch Blackwell from August 1995 to October 1998, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and securities law. Otis began the professional journey as an associate at Management Alternatives in 1982.
