Tom Clapham

Tom Clapham currently serves as the Head of Asia Pacific at American Century Investments since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at Aviva Investors as Head of Asia, Client Group from 2018 to 2022, and at AXA Investment Managers as Head of Official Institutions (Asia) within Institutional Business from 2015 to 2017. Tom's experience in investment banking includes roles at Macquarie Group as Head of Portfolio Solutions (Asia) and at Deutsche Bank as Director of Equity Derivatives in Global Markets. Additional experience includes a technical advisory role at China Investment Corporation and consulting positions at Mercer and Willis Towers Watson. Tom holds a Master of Economics in International Business and a Bachelor of Economics, both from the University of Sydney.
