Tomoko N. serves as the Governor and Vice Chair of the Secure Digital Infrastructure Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan since April 2022. In addition, Tomoko N. is a Director and Senior Manager for Policy at BSA | The Software Alliance, a role held since November 2006, focusing on managing public policy programs in Japan to benefit the IT industry. Previously, Tomoko N. worked as an International Program Coordinator at Platia Entertainment from October 2003 to November 2005, overseeing international marketing and product development for music content. Prior experience includes a position as Producer in the International Division at Warner Music Japan from April 1990 to May 2003, where Tomoko N. led strategic marketing initiatives for international artists in the Japan market. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English and American Literature from Aoyama Gakuin University.

Established in 1948 by representatives of 40 American firms, the ACCJ, a fully independent chamber of commerce, has grown into one of the most influential business organizations in Japan, with approximately 3,000 members representing over 40 countries and 600 companies.
