Alina Malik

Alina Malik is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the American Chemical Society since May 2022. Prior experience includes a diverse range of roles at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems from March 2017 to May 2022, where Alina progressed from Human Resources Intern to Talent Acquisition Specialist. Alina's career in human resources began at Lahore Pre School/Learning Alliance as a Coordinator from September 2004 to September 2013. Alina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completed between 2016 and 2017, and also possesses a Bachelor's degree from Kinnaird College for Women.
