Ellen Patton is the owner of Novus Career, LLC, where headhunting, resume writing, editing, career coaching, and interview preparation are primary services offered since July 2013. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sollis Health, Ellen oversees hiring needs across various clinical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure successful staffing. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Chess At Three, where budget cuts led to a layoff, and a Technical Recruiter role at Meta focused on Cyber Security and Privacy teams, also ending due to budget constraints. Additionally, Ellen worked for eight years as a Global Recruitment Partner at Open Society Foundations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Mary Washington and a certificate from the International Leaders Program at INSEAD.
