Jefferson Tilley

Jefferson Tilley is a seasoned professional in the field of medicinal chemistry, currently serving as a Career Consultant at the American Chemical Society since October 2011, where assistance is provided to job seekers in resume preparation, job search strategies, and interview skills. Tilley has also held significant roles including Chair of the North Jersey Section of ACS, and Vice President of Chemistry at Innovimmune Biotherapeutics, Inc., overseeing medicinal chemistry programs. With a foundation as a Senior Research Director at Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., Tilley's expertise spans target identification, lead discovery and optimization, safety assessments, and intellectual property.
